Tell us your device, iOS version, app version, and what happened. Please do not send health records, precise routes, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Your records
The app stores entries locally on your device. Keep exported files somewhere secure.
Location and Apple Health
Check the app permissions in iPhone Settings if run tracking is unavailable. Apple Health permissions can be managed in the Health app.
Removing data
Deleting the iOS app removes its local app data. Delete any exported files separately. Records previously saved to Apple Health must be managed in Health.
